BACKGROUND & AIMS: MYH-associated polyposis (MAP) is a disorder caused by a bi-allelic germline MYH mutation, characterized by multiple colorectal adenomas. These adenomas typically harbor G:C-->T:A transversions in the APC and K-ras genes caused by MYH deficiency.
