OBJECTIVE: To study the antimutagenicity of Cordyceps taii polysaccharide (CDPl). METHODS: Ames test and micronucleus form assay of polychromatic erythrocytes in mice bone marrow were used to evaluate the antimutagenic effect of CDPI with different concentrations.
