We describe a high-throughput method, named ChIP-SNP, for the identification of allele-specific protein-DNA interactions throughout the human genome. ChIP-SNP combines chromatin immunoprecipitation (ChIP) with whole-genome single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) genotyping microarray analysis.
