Monocytes, immunoselected using MMRI-1, a monoclonal antibody specific for CD300e, were used to generate dendritic cells (DC). These CD300e immunoselected monocyte-derived DC (MoDC) were compared phenotypically and functionally to CD14 immunoselected MoDC.
