Diacylglycerol kinases (DGKs) phosphorylate diacylglycerol (DAG) to terminate its signaling. To study DGKdelta, we disrupted its gene in mice and found that DGKdelta deficiency reduced EGF receptor (EGFR) protein expression and activity.
