OBJECTIVE: To investigate the polymorphism of HLA-DQA1 and DQB1 genes of Han population in Jiangsu of China. METHODS: The alleles and haplotypes frequencies of HLA-DQA1 and DQB1 genes in 100 unrelated healthy individuals were analyzed by using polymerase chain reaction-sequence-based typing (PCR-SBT).
