In the present study, polymerase chain reaction-sequence-based typing (PCR-SBT) was used to analyze human leukocyte antigen (HLA)-DRB1, -DQB1, and -DPB1 alleles of 98 unrelated healthy Shandong Han individuals. A total of 60 alleles, in which 28 in DRB1, 15 in DQB1 and 17 in DPB1 were found.
