The frequencies of human leucocyte antigen (HLA)-A, -B and -DRB1 alleles and haplotypes were statistically analysed among 3238 donors from Chinese Marrow Donor Program (CMDP) Jiangsu Branch. All donors were typed using polymerase chain reaction-sequence-based typing (PCR-SBT) method or polymerase chain reaction-reverse sequence-specific oligonucleotide probe (PCR-rSSOP) method.
