The polymorphism of human leucocyte antigen (HLA)-A, -B and -DRB1 genes and their computed haplotype analysis results from a population of Jiangsu province of China are presented here. The data consist of 20 248 unrelated peripheral blood stem cell donors in Jiangsu Branch of Chinese National Marrow Donor Program registry.
