Pemphigus vulgaris (PV) is an autoimmune blistering disease caused by anti-desmoglein 3 (Dsg3) IgG antibodies. Previously, we generated an active mouse model for PV by adoptive transfer of splenocytes from immunized or naive Dsg3(-/-) mice.
