N-Acetylglucosamine 6-O-sulfotransferases (GlcNAc6STs) catalyze the transfer of sulfate from 3'-phosphoadenosine 5'-phosphosulfate (PAPS) to the C-6 position of non-reducing N-acetylglucosamine.
