UNLABELLED: Recent data have pointed to TNALP as a therapeutic target for soft-tissue ossification abnormalities. Here, we used mutagenesis, kinetic analysis, and computer modeling to identify the residues important for the binding of known ALP inhibitors to the TNALP active site.
