CYP1B1 and COMT code for the key enzymes of catecholestrogen biosynthesis and metabolism, and their polymorphisms determine a variation of enzymic activities. RFLP analysis was used to study the allele and genotype frequency distributions of CYP1B1 polymorphisms Arg48Gly, Ala119Ser, and Val432Leu and COMT polymorphism Val158Met in 210 breast cancer patients, 138 endometrial cancer patients, and 152 healthy women....
