Immunophenotypic and immunogenotypic changes in 23 patients with Ph positive chronic myelogenous leukemia in blast crisis were determined using a panel of monoclonal antibodies and gene probes. According to the immunophenotypes, 9 patients were considered to be in lymphoid blast crisis, including 7 patients with lymphoblastic crisis and 2 patients with lymphoid/myeloid mixed blast crisis.
