FGFR3 and TP53 mutations are frequent in superficial papillary and invasive disease, respectively. We used denaturing high-performance liquid chromatography and sequencing to screen for FGFR3 and TP53 mutations in 81 newly diagnosed urothelial cell carcinomas.
