OBJECTIVE: To probe the effect of c-erbB-2 specific ribozyme to the malignant phenotype of gastric cancer. METHODS: The eucaryotic expression vector of c-erbB-2 specific ribozyme RZ1 was designed by computer and named pDOR-RZ1.
