We have studied the mechanisms that regulate the remodeling of the glycolytic, mitochondrial and structural network of muscles of creatine kinase M (M-CK)/sarcomeric mitochondrial creatine kinase (ScCKmit) knockout mice by comparison of wild-type and mutant mRNA profiles on cDNA arrays.
