Abstract excerpt
There exists considerable evidence implicating abnormalities of the alpha (alpha)-adrenergic system in the development of Alzheimer disease (AD). We propose to investigate potential correlations between the presence or otherwise of alpha-adrenoceptor polymorphisms and the presence of AD.
