A cohort of 79 previously untreated patients (PUPs) with moderate-severe haemophilia A (baseline Factor VIII < or =2%) were enrolled in a study to evaluate the safety, efficacy and immunogenicity of recombinant factor VIII (r-FVIII, Recombinate).
