The safety and efficacy of a full-length sucrose-formulated recombinant factor VIII product (rFVIII-FS; Kogenate FS; Kogenate Bayer) was evaluated in previously untreated (PUPs) and minimally treated (MTP) patients with severe haemophilia A (FVIII <2%).
