Glioblastoma (GBM) remains a highly aggressive and uniformly fatal primary tumor, which resists cytotoxic, targeted, antiangiogenic, and immune therapies, even when used in combination. Here we report that tumor endothelial cell dysfunction confers resistance to immunotherapy in preclinical GBM models.
