<h4>Background</h4> Deficient Anterior pituitary with common Variable Immune Deficiency (DAVID) syndrome, combining adrenocorticotropic hormone deficiency (ACTHD) and primary hypogammaglobulinemia, is caused by NFKB2 heterozygous mutations.
