<h4>Introductory Paragraph</h4> Elevated impulsivity is a key component of attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), bipolar disorder and epilepsy 1-5 . We performed a genome-wide association, colocalization and pathway analysis of impulsivity in juvenile myoclonic epilepsy (JME).
