<h4>ABSTRACT</h4> Loss-of-function mutations in autophagy-related (ATG) genes are rare in cancer. However, we report herein that ATG5 is fully deleted in ∼14% of prostate cancers (PCa), rivaling that of well-established tumor suppressor genes.
