<title>Abstract</title> <p>Purpose: To characterize, in real time, how single-fraction low-dose Gamma Knife stereotactic radiosurgery (GKRS) affects proliferation and cell-cycle dynamics in glioblastoma (GBM) cells across a range of doses.
