<h4>Background: </h4> Acute myeloid leukemia (AML) is a heterogeneous disorder of hematopoietic system, 35 to 40% of younger patients (<60 years) are recurrent, refractory or drug-resistant, which are canonically called as cytogenetically intermediate- and poor-risk AML (IP-AML).
