<h4>ABSTRACT</h4> Most histiocytoses harbor an oncogenic somatic alteration activating the MAP kinase pathway, the most frequent of which is BRAF V600E . Targeted therapy with BRAF or MEK inhibitors is highly effective, but neurodegeneration remains a severe complication.
