Prader-Willi syndrome (PWS) is a rare multisystemic disorder characterized by obesity, endocrine dysfunctions, and psychiatric comorbidities, which imply frequent use of psychotropic medications. They account for atypical responses to standard dosages of psychiatric drugs.
