Purpose: To compare minor allele frequencies (MAFs) of psychiatric drug response variants in a Brazilian admixed cohort with global populations and other Brazilian groups. Methods: PharmGKB MAFs were gathered from publicly available genetic datasets for Brazil and worldwide.
