<title>Abstract</title> <p>Approximately 30 percent of individuals with intracranial tumors may experience seizures. Seizures can often be the first clinical symptom of glioblastoma. Mitochondrial dysfunction plays an extremely significant role in both carcinogenesis and epilepsy.
