<h4>ABSTRACT</h4> Frameshift mutations in Tau Tubulin Kinase 2 ( TTBK2 ) cause spinocerebellar ataxia type 11 (SCA11), which is characterized by the progressive loss of Purkinje cells and cerebellar atrophy.
