<title>Abstract</title> <p><bold>Background: </bold>Previous studies haveverified the dysfunction of mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) for immunoregulation in acquired aplastic anemia (AA) patients. Exosomes derived from MSCs can partially substitute MSCs acting as immune regulator.
