<title>Abstract</title> <p> Transthyretin (TTR) amyloid cardiomyopathy (ATTR-CM) is a restrictive cardiac disease caused by the deposition of TTR in the heart. TTR is synthesized by hepatocytes and circulates as a homotetramer carrying complex for thyroxine and retinol.
