<title>Abstract</title> <p>The molecular mechanisms contributing to the regulation of Th17-mediated inflammation remain underexplored. We here report a SUMO-specific protease (SENP)2-mediated pathway induced in pathogenic Th17 cells that restricts the pathogenesis of inflammatory colitis.
