China is the world’s largest producer and consumer of potatoes (Solanum tuberosum L.), which is considered China’s fourth largest staple food. In August 2016 and 2017, blackleg and stem rot diseases were recorded in potato (cv. Helan-15) fields in a 15-ha field in Xilingol league, Inner Mongolia, China.
