<title>Abstract</title> <p>Background Primary Immune Thrombocytopenia (ITP) is an autoimmune disease with thrombocytopenia and bleeding tendency. Exosomes mediate abnormal crosstalk between immune cells and megakaryocytes in ITP, making exosome-related biomarkers crucial for the disease’s diagnosis and treatment.
