Colony stimulating factor (CSF) receptor-1 (CSF-1R)-related leukoencephalopathy (CRL) is an adult-onset, demyelinating neurodegenerative disease caused by autosomal dominant mutations in CSF1R, modeled by the Csf1r +/- mouse.
