The current investigation was done to examine the prevalence of Toxoplasma gondii and Neospora caninum in raw milk and traditional dairy samples. Eight‐hundred and eighty samples were collected and subjected to DNA extraction and nested PCR for detection of T. gondii B1 and N. caninum Nc5 genes.
