<title>Abstract</title> <p>This study investigated the importance of comprehensive genetic diagnosis in pediatric B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL). We analyzed 175 B-ALL employing karyotyping, FISH, MLPA, targeted next-generation sequencing (t-NGS), and Optical Genome Mapping (OGM).
