<h4>ABSTRACT</h4> Apolipoprotein B (ApoB) is the primary protein of chylomicrons, VLDLs and LDLs and is essential for their assembly. Defects in ApoB synthesis and secretion result in several human diseases, including abetalipoproteinemia and familial hypobetalipoproteinemia.
