<h4>Background: </h4> Psoriasis is a common chronic skin disease characterized by epidermal proliferation and inflammation. Tumor necrosis factor α (TNFα) has a high degree of pro-inflammatory and can cooperatively regulate the pathogenic effect of other cytokines.
