Optimal myelosuppression with oral 6-Mercaptopurine and Methotrexate is the cornerstone of ALL maintenance. 6MP powder for oral suspension (PFOS) was launched in India by IDRS labs showed 47% higher oral bioavailability compared to the reference 50mg tablet formulation in healthy adult volunteers.
