This article summarizes the case of 30-year-old male diagnosed with Myalgic Encephalomyelitis/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (ME/CFS) and its longitudinal follow up that provided a secondary diagnosis of Multiple Sclerosis (MS) eight years after.
