Although glycosylated small non-coding RNAs are emerging players in cancer, their functions in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD) are largely unknown. We identify SNORA73B as a glycosylated small nucleolar RNA (glycol-snoRNA) that carries sialic acid-capped O-glycans in both normal lung epithelial and LUAD cells.
