<h4>Background and aims</h4> About 15% of intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (iCCA) express fibroblast growth factor receptor 2 (FGFR2) fusion proteins (FFs), most often in concert with mutationally inactivated TP53, CDKN2A or BAP1.
