<title>Abstract</title> <p>Aberrant NOTCH1 signaling drives T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (T-ALL). TCFL5 is highly expressed in T-ALL clinical samples, producing four isoforms with distinct expression patterns and risk associations.
