We studied the distribution of HLA-A, B, C, DR and DQ antigens in a cohort of HIV-1+ individuals and their heterosexual HIV seropositive (concordant) or seronegative (discordant) partners of Black non-Hispanic, Hispanic or Caucasian non-Hispanic ethnicity.
