DNA aberrations in human hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) were studied by two-dimensional DNA electrophoresis analysis. Five intensified and 60 dwindling spots were detected recurrently in the two-dimensional profile which showed about 3000 restriction DNA fragments as distinctive spots.
