The contribution of polymorphism of DMA and DMB alleles to the pathogenesis of Japanese Systemic Sclerosis (SSc) was studied in 55 Japanese SSc patients and 77 normal Japanese subjects using the PCR-RFLP (restriction fragment length polymorphism) method.
