p150Glued (Dynactin 1) is a component of the dynactin complex that is essential for retrograde axonal transport in neurons. The mouse p150Glued cDNA was isolated from mouse brain by RT-PCR. The complete sequence of the full length mouse cDNA was determined, including 19 bp of 5' UTR, 3843 bp of coding sequence, and 162 bp of 3' UTR.
